Breaded Lemon Garlic Haddock

Breaded Lemon Garlic Haddock

Ingredients
  1. 1 lb. SEAMAZZ® Haddock, cut into pieces
  2. 1 cup toasted bread crumbs
  3. 1/4 cup olive oil
  4. 1 lemon, zest & slices
  5. 2 garlic gloves, minced
  6. 1 tbs. thyme
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Pre heat oven to 375F
  2. Mix bread crumbs with olive oil, lemon zest from one lemon, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly Salt and pepper each side of haddock.
  4. Slice the lemon ( that was used for zest) and place in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking sheet.
  5. Lay the Haddock pieces over top. Divide the breadcrumb mixture among the fish, placing on top.
  6. Place in the warm oven and bake until cooked through and golden 12-15 minutes.
  7. Serve over a bed of dressed greens.
