SeaMazz® Recipe-Ready Cooked Shrimp are easy to prepare!

Preparation:

To Thaw: Place shrimp in covered bowl of cold water and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Rinse shrimp in a colander under cold running water and prepare as desired.

Quick Thawing: Place shrimp in colander under cold running water, gently rotating for even thawing. Let drain for 2-3 minutes. Use immediately or refrigerate in covered bowl of ice water until ready to use.

Serving Suggestions:

Classic Shrimp Salad:

Toss thawed and drained Recipe-Ready Shrimp with 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Add 2/3 cup diced celery, 1/4 cup minced shallots, 1/3 cup chopped parsley, and 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon. Let sit 10 minutes, tossing often. Drain any liquid, adjust seasonings, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Serve over lettuce.
