Londonderry’s inner facility includes our Quality Control test kitchen. Products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure spec compliance, moisture content analysis, taste and appearance.

Every sample is photographed and logged into the QC product database. Supplier’s performance is monitored.

Our facilities offer numerous certifications and abilities that include being a registered U.S. Department of Commerce (USDC) lab, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) IHouse, BRC food certified, and MSC/ASC chain-of-custody holders.

Londonderry & Highwood Cold Storage combine their 300,000 sq. ft. storage space to allow Mazzetta Company to ship over 100 million lbs. of product annually. Whether international, or down the East Coast, our facilities manage and distribute our frozen seafood product all over the world.

Opened in May 2011, Atwood Lobster is Mazzetta’s lobster buying and holding facility in mid-coast Maine. Lobster is purchased directly from fishermen at our company owned wharves as well as from outside suppliers along the coast.

Atwood supplies lobster to our processing plants in Canada. A portion of product is held at the facility and sold as live product.

Beach Point

What began as a vacant processing plant purchased by Mazzetta Company in 2010 has become a state-of-the-art North Atlantic lobster processing facility. Beach Point Processing Company has grown over the past several years constructing better facilities, adding new equipment and continuously improving the product line.

The majority of our lobster comes from sustainable fisheries certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)
